The Sound Of Abundance 

I Kings 18:41-42 NKJV

[41] Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” [42] So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, 

It is very audacious to declare rain in drought and ask the King and others to celebrate it. There are two things he had access to. One, he had access to information not available to others, that is called spiritual intelligence. Secondly he believed that the spirit realm controls physical realities. Its that belief that made Elijah go up to the top of Mt Carmel. He wasn't looking for rain. He was going to do something that will open the spirit realm for the rain to reach the physical. Here is Ajimuda Boluwarin Temitope, " There is no doubt that the physical realm is subservient to the spiritual realm.Many of the things that happen to us physically are spiritual realities first". Someone says in a blog post that, " Until you overcome in the spirit realm you will never move unto a glorious life".  Someone reviewed a performance by Mt Zion Faith Ministries, titled " Lesson From Legion ". This is the submission: " This movie did a great job in demonstrating that the Spiritual controls the Physical. Everything that was happening to Fred in the spiritual realm was happening physically as well".  1 Cor.2:14. Heb.11:3. Here is Bishop Mike Okonkwo, a Nigerian Clergy. " Beloved, there is another world outside this material world where we find ourselves. What happens in this world is determined by what had taken place in that world. So, the Spirit world rules, controls and governs this material realm and you need to have an understanding of your place in it so that you will be able to withstand the challenges of the day". So when Elijah climbed up, he needed to tinker the spiritual to change the physical. He did that by utterance and prayers. What you say must align with what youre praying. Thats why Elijah put his face between his knees. You can change things by changing them in the spirit realm. By the way there's an abundance heading your way. Good morning.
